THEATRE CREDITS

Theater is one of Eric's true passions and he has worked in several genres including ballet, opera, musicals and dramatic plays. His Dance Theatrical, Noah's Ark premiered on May 22nd to an astounding public reaction. The show is already scheduled to be produced again at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza in May of 2012. Noah's Ark is Eric's second collaboration with award-winning director/choreographer/writer Kim Maselli. Their first ballet, The Sea Princess, played to sold-out crowds in Thousand Oaks, California. The Sea Princess is scheduled to be produced again in May of 2014

Two other theater projects that remain close to Eric's heart are his original operas/musicals Battleship Potemkin and Voices From The Cellar. Battleship Potemkin is an adaptation of the classic Eisenstein film while Voices From The Cellar is a post-modern tale of a downtrodden figure standing up to a vicious villain despite being abandoned by everyone he knows. Battleship Potemkin was presented at the York Theater in New York City, and Voices from the Cellar was produced at the Los Angeles Theater Center.

In addition to having done several projects at the Los Angeles Theatre Center, Eric has also created the music for numerous other Los Angeles-area stage productions, including the nationally-lauded South Coast Repertory Theatre. His stage music has been the winner of two Dramalogue awards, and has caused many people to leave the theater whistling.
